Hi Everyone,
Wanted to offer a sneak peak of my first book entitled, "If Babies Did Crunches" soon to be available at amazon.com as well as the C.H.E.K Institute website. It has been a long process getting this piece to print and I am excited to get the information out there. What better way to explain to the fitness industry that continued crunching is causing everyone back pain. Perhaps if it comes from the view point of a baby, no one will be defended.

I am so appreciate to the PPS program as it taught me how to overcome my old identity so the creations hiding beneath the surface could emerge. How wonderful to live life everyday above the muck of the ego experience.
Please stay tuned, as I have a lot more coming!

This quote in bold print, "Where was God in Haiti?" took up an entire page of a newspaper I saw this morning. The article went on to discuss the suffering of the religious people in the world. All of those people who have been waiting for a savior. "Where is the savior? exclaimed the author.
Here you have poor people in Haiti, destitute, abandoned, hungry, injured and crying for help. Imagine the prayers rising up to the heavens.
What do we expect to happen here on Earth when such a disaster happens? Is someone going to magically appear and make it all better? Maybe someone will come someday and make the Earth a planet with no thunder or lightening. Maybe there is a way to keep Earth quiet so everyone living on her surface can be happy and free from ever experiencing a rainy day or a forest fire.
This however, isn't going to occur any time soon, just as being in a body will never set you free from needing to eat or use the bathroom. We are instead in the midst of an experience and...

Hi Everyone,
I have really enjoyed hearing about all of your experiences with this technique. In response to some questions and suggestions I have received, I would like to add the following:
Firstly, wooden wick candles are now in Target. They come in many different scents and are reasonably priced. Organic bubble bath can be purchased at a local healthfood store or Wholefoods.
Secondly, if you have never meditated before or find that your mind is running like a dog in a hen house, this technique will invite you to a taste of what being quiet feels like. It may only last a few seconds for you but once you've tasted it, you will want to go back for more.
When I first started to meditate, my thoughts were also very distracting. For me, I have found that it is best to just let them race through your head. Sit quietly and just let the thoughts go wild. In time they will quiet and a moment of silent realization comes. The more you do it, the easier it will become to quiet your...

This technqiue will briefly allow you to experience the feeling of what it means to be desireless and the peacefulness that comes into our hearts when we let go to come into perfect harmony with the present moment.
Here's what you will need:
1. A bath tub (preferably a deep cozy one)
2. A candle with a wooden wick
3. A match
4. Organic bubble bath (lavender is really nice)
5. A quiet environment
Instructions:
Plug up tub and fill with mildly hot water, add organic bubble bath, strike match and light wooden wicked candle, shut off lights, remove clothing and slip within the layers of the soft loving bubbles.
Now is when you realize why you needed a wooden wick - it sizzles. It doesn't just sizzle a little but like bacon burning in a pan. Similar to the way your desires are burning within you. When you constantly desire, you create worry over competition, fear whether or not you can be do or have it, anxiety and stress around all of it.
Recognize...

Happy New Year everyone! I hope the year will be filled with exciting discoveries about yourself!
Since many New Year Resolutions are based around taking care of our body and watching what we eat, I wanted to invite you to a thought.
With all the talk out there about eating quality food, why doesn't anyone ever talk about what comes out of your mouth?
If you give a pig an apple, he makes bacon. What do you get if you give a man organic food? What happens when someone insults him and he gets angry? What good does all the quality items going into his mouth do if hate is all that comes out?
For me, I feel it's far more important that what comes out is quality rather than what we're stuffing inside. Don't misunderstand me, of course organic food is important. I am suggesting it simply not be wasted on anger, resentment, jealousy, competition and revenge.
Especially considering the state of affairs on the planet today. We all want love but just look around. We all want peace...

It is a pleasure to post this blog and my intention is to share the amazing growth I experienced as a PPS Student. I had no idea when I first started the lessons, I would soon fall in love deeper than I ever dreamed possible and end up falling helplessly into the depths of hell where it took me a year to pull my body out of the imprint I made at the bottom.
Crawling and clawing my way through the muck of myself I attempted to create a new life using anger and fear as fuel to propel myself. In the end, the Journey simply provided a means for me to extinguish the fire of my previous identity and prepared a soil for compassion to start growing in my heart.
The path you have bravely started walking down is arduous. We all know you can't throw the dice twice and win at monopoly. That's probably why when we get older, we loath playing the game. We already know it'll take hours and all we'll do is win or lose until it's over. What I am saying is there are no short cuts. When you get tired of living...
