It is a pleasure to post this blog and my intention is to share the amazing growth I experienced as a PPS Student. I had no idea when I first started the lessons, I would soon fall in love deeper than I ever dreamed possible and end up falling helplessly into the depths of hell where it took me a year to pull my body out of the imprint I made at the bottom.
Crawling and clawing my way through the muck of myself I attempted to create a new life using anger and fear as fuel to propel myself. In the end, the Journey simply provided a means for me to extinguish the fire of my previous identity and prepared a soil for compassion to start growing in my heart.
The path you have bravely started walking down is arduous. We all know you can't throw the dice twice and win at monopoly. That's probably why when we get older, we loath playing the game. We already know it'll take hours and all we'll do is win or lose until it's over. What I am saying is there are no short cuts. When you get tired of living day to day winning or losing until it's over, the same is true of this path, no short cuts.
I'll be offering a talk soon on the "Art of Allowing". It's no different than if I were to talk on the "Art of Watching Water Flow". There really isn't any art to allowing, just an art for resisting. We're like the beaver in a sense where we spend our whole lives fighting against the current and trying to control the water. All we really need to do is let go. When you stop resisting, what IS flows right to you. The ego doesn't like to hear that though and would rather block the water so it's easier to paddle the canoe up stream. We are just so busy focusing our minds on how it should be instead of how it is.
So since we're all so good at resisting, let's get busy doing more of that so we can get it out of our systems. In the meantime, reach out to others further down the trail than where you're currently standing. In my process of growing I have been blessed with mentors like Paul, JP, Josh and Vidya. So much is available through this program and a lot of it is free.
We all need help achieving the next level and all of us are here to help each other grow and evolve so we can create a better life experience for everyone.
