Enriching Life with ‘I Don’t Know’ by JP Sears

What would it mean to you if you learned how to become an open vessel for discovering new possibilities and experiences for an enriched life?  At times when I find myself feeling like a closed vessel, it seems to me that the gifts that life offers to me just aren’t being received.  One way that I catch myself closing off to the possibilities and discoveries that life has to offer is by standing in the realm of “I know”.  Because one of life’s paradoxes is that in order to discover anything, we must first acknowledge that there are unknowns, I find that standing in the realm of “I don’t know” opens me up to receive what life is offering. I invite you to explore just what it means to "stand in the realm of I don't know" with me in this article.

What they are really thinking is, “How do I market my business and bring customers to me who will buy from me?” I’ve noticed that when people are having trouble converting prospects into clients, they are usually doing one thing wrong—they are selling when they should actually be marketing. This is a very important distinction, worthy of exploring.

The Physical and Emotional Side of Candida by Joshua Rubin

As a society, Americans invest most of their time working from without (the physical body) rather than working from within (mental, emotional and spiritual). One of the things we forget to realize is that our physical body is a 3 D representation of our mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, and the root of most internal dysfunction is the inability to identify our personal stressors.  The body is a master at creating internal imbalance when these stressors are multiplied day in and day out.  One very common, yet disruptive and often undiagnosed source of imbalances is fungal infections. In this article, we will tackle how you get a fungal infection, why you get it, how you might benefit from it and how to eradicate it.

Out of all the people you will ever know, is there anyone who you’ll spend more time with and live in closer proximity to than your self?  What happens if we mindlessly ignore self?  How would it feel to mindfully nurture self?  For some of us, we tend to neglect the person who we are closest to – namely the person wearing our own skin.  Like any relationship, whether with another person, a job, a business, or a hobby, the relationship with self is not likely to thrive without deliberate intent to create harmony and balance.
