Often, the best place to begin with an Integral approach to business is with . . . oneself. Mastery starts with Self and extends to culture and the world. We must cultivate an attitude of mindfulness and ask the questions: “How do body and mind and spirit (soul) integrally operate to influence my thinking, attitudes, and behaviors? How does that necessarily impact my role in the world of business? How can I become more conscious of these already-operating realities in myself and in others to become more effective and lead my business to the next level?”
