First rotation – 4 days
Wild caught salmon with orange glaze
Breakfast frittata with fresh vegetables
Whole roasted chicken leg quarters with lemon and herbs
Grass fed rib eye with garlic mushrooms and onions
Pork chops with Thai style coconut curry
Mixed green salad with various greens and some raw toppings, tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers, peppers, celery and carrots and cilantro vinaigrette
Braised collard greens
Roasted cauliflower
Steamed asparagus
Mashed yams
Roasted baby gold potatoes
Steamed coconut brown basmati rice
Baby carrots and turnips

Second rotation - 3 days
Roast leg of Lamb with herbs de Provence and natural gravy ( made from lamb stock)
BBQ chicken thigh quarters
Pork tenderloins with apple leek sauce
Chicken soup with lots of chicken and carrots, celery and mushrooms
Breakfast frittata with bacon and cheddar
Steamed asparagus
Wilted spinach
Sauteed green beans
Roasted cauliflower
Mixed salads with cucumbers, carrots, celery and cilantro dressing
Mixed local potato roast with yellow beets
Baked baby yams
Brown rice with stock and coconut milk
Orange lentils
Adzuki beans with smoked ham hok
Cooked bacon, Hard cooked eggs, apples,  nuts
