P~P~S Success Weekly Bulletin Monday, October 9, 2006. Paul's thought of the week: Do you know the most common deterrent to reaching your dreams? Don’t Let Self-Doubt Derail Your Dreams It may sound odd, but often the discovery of your legacy or your life’s dream can be a frightening time and achieving it might look daunting. In fact, it can look as though your goal is so far away as to be unreachable. The illusion that our dreams are unattainable is the first and most common reason why people abandon their dreams. You can’t let your resolve and your desire to achieve and evolve be eaten away by what I call ants. What are these ants? Whenever you say: ~ I CAN'T do... ~ I COULDN’T do... ~ I SHOULDN’T do... ~ I WOULDN’T do... You are suffering from an ant infestation. These ants of self-doubt will slowly and methodically chew away at your momentum and your will to realize your legacy. Don’t let them! Whenever you start to think, “I can’t do this…” you need to swat that ant! Learn to control your ants before they consumed your desire to reach your legacy. One of the key insights that I have learned over the years is that the universe has provided you with all the resources you need to materialize your legacy. Whenever you encounter a challenge, all you need do is to find what the universe has supplied for your success. Don’t be bull-headed when challenge is teaching you, re-directing you or you are not in the flow or you’ll become a rock in your own path! This week, don’t let self-doubt get in the way of your dreams. Be creative and be fearless! The universe is providing for you, it’s just a matter of discovering how! —Paul Chek P.S.
