You Are Your Own Best Marketing Tool Whether you’ve been in your chosen career for years or you are just entering the working world, it’s an undeniable fact that you are marketing yourself every single day. Your actions, your choices and your words tell your employers about your potential for promotion. They tell potential employers about your fit with their company and they tell your clients about the worthiness of your services or products. So at each stage of your life, you are telling the world about your self and your place in the world. Because we are marketing ourselves constantly, it stands to reason that the world’s best marketing program for you is you. It is important to realize always that your life, your core values and who you are as a person have a massive influence on how you will sell yourself. Therefore, no matter what type of marketing you’re doing, it’s always important to remember that you stand behind that marketing effort, and consequently your marketing efforts should always be a reflection of the integrity, quality, clarity, logic, credibility and emotion that you represent as an individual human being. Take some time this week to think about what you are telling those around you about your self. When your decisions and actions reflect your integrity and credibility, you will find that you are indeed your best marketing program! ~Paul Chek P.S.
