From time to time each day, Paul will introduce self-harmonizing exercises.

Defining self and SELF – What are we managing anyway?
You can’t fully experience emotional, mental or spiritual growth until you master your body. What do you need to know to expand your consciousness beyond the needs and demands of the human body and its biological urges?
~ Self as physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realities
~ What am I? - What am I becoming?
Dr. Quiet
Most disease states result from mis-management of energy. Learning to rest and get the amount of self-time you need is the key to managing your energy. This is the province of Dr. Quiet. Our exploration into Dr. Quiet will help you to:
~ Understand the catabolic/destructive and anabolic/constructive forces in your life
~ Manage anabolic forces for optimal wellbeing
~ Diagnose and remedy different sources of stress
~ Understand the different types of rest and how to use them.

Change Takes Energy! Dr. Diet is the foundation for healing and growth. During our time with Dr, Diet we will learn:
~ The importance of organic food and farming for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing, and that of the planet
~ The basics of metabolic typing for your health and family’s wellbeing
~ How to use Paul Chek’s “How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy!” system.

Dr. Happiness
The key to happiness is living your life by your values. To that end, Dr. Happiness directs us to look at the relationship between our memes (ideas) and our dreams! This introduction to Dr. Happiness will help you to:
~ Explore your core values
~ Gain clarity on “I” vs. “We” vs. “All” Values
~ Understand how your core values define your:
- Thinking patterns
- Energy usage patterns
- Relationships—personal, professional or spiritual
Dr. Movement
Dr. Movement helps us to understand the real meaning behind the saying “movement is life.” Our introduction to Dr. Movement will help you to:
~ Understand the importance of movement for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing
~ Choose the right kind of exercise that will not only meet your needs, but energize your body and mind.

Science of Mind ~ “How to Wash Your Own Brain!”
Memes determine how we think and what we think. Learn the science of memes and how they define your relationships to self and others. During this session you will learn to:
~ Understand the meme structure
~ Define offense and defense memes
~ Identify impossibility walls in your life and how to turn them into success!
~ Explore Values Memes as an influence in our collective thinking
~ Understand how “Mass Mind” has formed our idea structures over the past 10,000 years
~ Effectively communicate at the level each person is at so both can have a “win-win” outcome in any situation.

Now that you've met your Four Doctors, it’s important to learn how they all work together to guide you to health and happiness. This part of our workshop empowers you to:
~ Change – how much do you want and how much can you handle?
~ Implement change strategies using practical techniques
~ Effectively apply science of mind technology to master self and relationships.
